RIVER- River is a blind 4 year old Black and Tan dobie boy. He is housebroken, walks well on his leash and loves to play. River needs a special "forever" home. He is very smart and it is hard to believe he is blind. He was born without developed eyes. His owners are giving him up as they have decided he doesn't fit in with their small children.
